Visits are arranged around what you need, one-off, weekly, monthly, or any pattern in between. There's no minimum commitment. Work covers cutting grass, cutting back hedges and bushes, weeding, and planting, scoped to your garden rather than a fixed package.
Getting started begins with a conversation, in person, by phone, or by video call. Photos or videos of the garden are welcome too, and help with an initial assessment. From there, an estimate can often be given from what's been shared; for larger or more complex jobs, a site visit is usually the next step before a final quote.
These are the pests we're asked about most. Louise assesses each situation individually and chooses the most appropriate method, using an integrated pest management approach rather than a single fixed technique.
Where practical, this means proofing, habitat modification, and live trapping, prioritising humane and environmentally responsible control. Where populations require more direct action, Louise uses approved traps or legally authorised rodenticides, in line with current legislation, manufacturer guidance, and best practice. The aim throughout is to resolve the problem fully, while minimising unnecessary suffering and any impact on wildlife that isn't the target.
Many situations need more than one visit to fully resolve. Where useful, Louise may also recommend treating neighbouring or adjoining areas, since pests move between properties, and dealing with the wider picture gives a more lasting result.
